Who we are
Claimz (6 Masaryk Blvd, Tel Aviv) helps policyholders whose insurance claims were rejected or underpaid. Contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp +972-53-362-8566.
What we collect
Contact details (name, phone, email); details of your claim and property; documents you send (policy, insurer letters, appraiser reports, photos, videos and voice notes); correspondence with us and with your insurer about your matter; and records of conversations with our digital agent, Noa.
Why we use it
To assess whether we can take your claim, to manage it with you and your insurer, to keep you updated, to meet legal obligations, and to improve our service. We don't sell data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Artificial intelligence
Some reviews are done with AI systems. Before anything goes to an outside provider we remove identifiers (such as ID numbers, phone numbers and bank accounts) where possible, and our AI providers may not train models on your data. Every material decision is approved by a person on our team.
Who we share it with
The professionals handling your file (lawyer, engineer, appraiser); your insurer and relevant authorities on your behalf and with your authorization; and service providers working for us (cloud hosting with DigitalOcean in Europe with backups, Meta's WhatsApp, email, telephony and AI) under agreements that protect your data.
Retention and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role and logged. We keep your file while it's active and afterwards for the period the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see, correct, or (where the law allows) delete your data. Write to [email protected].
WhatsApp and calls
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, messages, recordings and transcripts are kept in your file. We only message you first about your own claim, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
