Claimz reviews insurance claims that were rejected or underpaid and, for cases it accepts, handles them with your insurer together with licensed professionals.
Initial check
The check on our website, WhatsApp and phone, including the chance-we-take-your-claim score, is a preliminary estimate only. It is not legal advice or a commitment; our team decides on every case.
Fees
No upfront payment. Our fee is 24% of what we recover for you, and only if we succeed, under a separate fee agreement signed before we start.
Information you give us
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide and your right to share them. False information may harm the claim.
Limitation of liability
We don't guarantee an outcome. Our liability is limited to what the law allows and to the engagement agreement.
Law and jurisdiction
Israeli law applies; the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction.
